thankful-script Throughout this week pastor posted 2 blogs about being thankful

Thanksgiving Thoughts Pt 1 and Thanksgiving Thoughts, Pt 2

Then today he wrapped up the Thanksgiving week celebration with a wonderful sermon based on  1 Thessalonians 5:18 ….. give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

Becky and Have have much to be thankful for:

Jesus Christ is our personal Lord and Savior and because of what he did, not what we have done, we will spend eternity with Him in Glory

We have been allowed to own two great homes. Spending 27 years in our First Home in Clay, New York. We now own our Second Home here in Mount Juliet, Tn, a beautiful part of the country where the weather is warmer and better for Becky’s health

God has blessed us with two successful and God serving adult children. Sarah is Director of Sylvan learning center in the South Bend area and has a wonderful husband David who works for Whites Residential and Family Services in the South Bend area.  Both she and David serve as leaders of the Junior High group at their church. Jeremy is an Audio Engineer at CTS Audio, traveling and working with folks like Woman of faith, Mikes Chair, Steven Curtis Chapman and Natalie Grant and works at Long Hollow Baptist Church on weekends when he is in town.

We were both raised by wonderful parents who cared for us and guided our steps. We look forward to the day when we meet up with my parents, Margaret and Leroy Bayne in glory while we continue to share our life with Becky’s parents, Mary and Don Cole here on earth. We will never be able to thank our parents enough for all the things they taught us, but we can thank God for them. Check out some of Becky’s dads work here at Cole Studios.

God has provided good friends here in Nashville

He has blessed Becky’s business, Becky’s Graphic Design, which has not skipped a beat since moving. She continues to work with existing clients from CNY and still picking up more. All the while picking up new clients here in Nashville and the Carolinas.

He has allowed me to learn new ways to do my job at Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance and to develop new skills.

He has blessed us with an awesome church, Long Hollow Baptist Church, to fellowship in each week and a great pastor to be taught by.

Over the years we have been supported and taught by some great Godly people. Too many to list here but each one appreciated and respected each day.

We have been blessed! When the days are rough we need to remember each of these blessings, from the smallest to the largest, each from God and each for a purpose.
