Saturday evening activities

04 Sep

Wow Saturday September 4 was hot in Nashville. However we tried to use the day as best we could.

In the morning we built a fire on the top of the hill and enjoyed scrambled eggs and sausage over the open fire.
Of course dad made an omelet for Sarah because that is what she likes for breakfast.

Because of the heat we tried to spend most of the day inside, but that didn’t mean at home.
We introduced grandma and gramps to
Trader Joes and then dreamed over stuff at the Bass Pro Shop while David decided what to spend his gift card on.

But the highlight of the day was watching grandma and gramps play Cornhole with Dave and Sarah.

Of course Dave and Sarah played mom and dad twice and “WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS”

It’s Sunday morning and we are anticipating Jeremy’s arrival sometime late this afternoon.
CTS had a show in Atlanta, that the engineers have deemed the “Dust Bowl” because it’s in a horse barn and very dusty.

That’s not Jeremy’s head, just a co-worker.
